Blood Tests 

 

We offer a wide range of blood testing for various health concerns and needs.  This may be a specific request or because it is part of a health screen. Our clinicians will come to you to collect the samples and ensure they are processed promptly.  Copies of all results are made available to you and the clinician will discuss and advise if any further intervention is required.

We advise that you call and speak to our team to help you book the correct blood test and get appropriate advice (for example some tests may require you to fast).

 

Some common reasons why people ask for blood tests:​

• I'm always getting ill...can I check everything is OK? Do I have a deficiency?

• Hot flushes and tiredness in women, could this be the menopause? 

• Feeling tired all the time

• Am I still anaemic?

• Am I fertile?

• There is a family history of high cholesterol and diabetes, can I check if I have that?

• I've been drinking (alcohol) a lot recently, I'm worried about my liver
